Last week, a report on violence in general practice was released. The report suggests that 88 percent of GPs have been subjected to verbal aggression and one in six have been physically attacked by patients or their relatives. The RACGP recognises this issue and, with the assistance of the Department of Health and Ageing, developed training and education materials to support practice teams. Read more...
